Lecturer and doctor of science, and actively involved in research at the University of Poitiers since 1997, he is working on mathematical models for image and image-sequence as well as the establishment of a template of their analysis and processing application.
For several years this research has developed in the more specific direction of perceptible motion through a sequence of images.
