As an artist he produces interactive robots which he has exhibited internationally: Biennial Update (Ghent, Belgium), Arslab (Turin, Italy), ARTEC 93 (Nagoya, Japan), MANCA (Nice, France), Les Immatériaux (Pompidou Centre, France), Siggraph’85 (San Francisco, United States), etc.

His research and developmental work is particularly attuned to interactive design, captors and motor-units, robotics, 3D visualisation, as well as interactive video and communication protocols.
The robots he has designed exhibit group-like behaviour, relationships at once between themselves and toward the onlooker.
